Customer reviews and feedback
Reviews are published with the customer's permission and in their own words. You can add yours below, and we set out plainly how to raise a complaint — a business that sells on credit should be easy to complain to.
What our customers say
“I needed a phone for my mobile money business but I could not pay everything at once. They showed me the cash price and the hire purchase price on the same paper before I signed. Six months and the phone is mine.”
“What I liked is that the SMS comes before the due date, not after. So I am never surprised. One month I was short and I called them before the date and they moved it for me without any trouble.”
“I went in thinking I would buy a bigger phone. The young man told me straight that the one I wanted would be hard to repair here and showed me another one. I respect that, because he could have just taken my money.”
“My daughter needed a tablet for school. The deposit was fair and the instalments were small enough that I did not feel it. They wrote the IMEI on my receipt, which helped me when I had to report it once.”
“I did not travel to Accra. The agent here in Tamale registered me, took my deposit and gave me a receipt the same day. Every payment I make to him shows on my statement when I ask for it.”
“The screen protector they put on started lifting after two weeks. I took it back and they replaced it, no argument, no charge. Small thing but it tells you how they will behave on a big thing.”
We publish reviews as they were given to us, with the customer's consent and without editing their meaning. We do not offer payment or discounts in exchange for a review.
Write a review
If you have bought from us, tell other customers how it went. Good or bad — we publish reviews as they are written.
- Nothing is published without your permission.
- We show your first name and town, never your phone number.
- A complaint is better raised directly — see below for that route.
Credit is a long relationship, not a single sale
A customer paying over six months deals with us long after the device has left the shop. That only works if problems are easy to raise and get answered.
So we publish the complaints route in full below, and we log every complaint against the customer's record rather than leaving it to whoever happened to take the call.

Send us your feedback
Good or bad, we want to hear it. Feedback about a specific purchase is most useful when it includes the date, the store or agent you dealt with, and the device involved.

If something has gone wrong
- 01
Tell us first
Call, message or visit the showroom. Most issues — a payment not showing, a faulty charger, a disputed due date — are resolved the same day once someone looks at the account.
- 02
We log it
Every complaint is recorded against your customer record with the date and what was reported, so it does not depend on one member of staff remembering it.
- 03
We respond
We aim to give you an answer within five working days. If a matter needs longer — a warranty claim sent to a supplier, for instance — we tell you that and keep you updated.
- 04
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the response, ask for the matter to be escalated to management. Serious disputes are handled under the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
